REPLACEMENT

• I want to replace the products I purchased. What should I do?

You are entitled to replace any products that you are not satisfied with or want to replace for any other reason within 30 days. You can deliver your package at your door through free cargo by contacting us via e-mail to hello@dinofor.com on the issue and replace it with any other product you want.

        Important Notes 

• You must pack and send the products you want to replace in their original packaging, undamaged, un-labeled and unused.

• In the return shipment of the products to be broken, you must pack the protective materials (styrofoam, bubble nylon, parcel) in the same way as the delivery of the products. For this reason, the responsibility for damage to the cargo belongs to the customer. 

• After checking the conformity of your product for the replacement conditions, we will send you the status of the return process by email.

• If it does not comply with the conditions of replacement; the relevant product will be sent back to your address through cargo free of charge.

• The product I purchased is damaged / defective. What should I do?

If the product you purchased from www.dinofor.com is damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days, you can get your money back. You can deliver your package at your door through free cargo by contacting us by e-mail to hello@dinofor.com on the issue.

• The products are not the same with those I ordered. What should I do?

In this case, you should contact us by e-mail to hello@dinofor.com. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information on the issue as soon as possible.

RETURN  

• I want to return the product I purchased. What should I do?

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased for any reason, you can return it within 14 days, you can get a refund. All you need to do is to send an e-mail to hello@dinofor.com on the issue. Our customer service will collect the product you want to return from your door through Aras Kargo free of charge.

        Important Information: 

• The original invoice of the product you will be returning and you must pack and send the products you want to return in their original packaging, undamaged, un-labeled and unused and safely.

• In the return shipment of the products to be broken, you must pack the protective materials (styrofoam, bubble nylon, parcel) in the same way as the delivery of the products. For this reason, the responsibility for damage to the cargo belongs to the customer.

• After checking the conformity of your product for the return conditions, we will send you the status of the return process by email. The amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 working days from the confirmation message sent to your email.

• If it does not comply with the conditions of return; the relevant product will be sent back to your address through cargo free of charge.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING

REPLACEMENT

You can change the products you have ordered from DINOFOR within 14 days from the date of invoice, provided that it has not been used without any reason.
In order to initiate your replacement transactions, you must provide information by e-mail to hello@dinofor.com. We will send you the required form and invoice via email. You will need to print out these documents. Fedex will then contact you to collect the cargo.
The delivery fee and extra tax or customs payments that will be incurred when sending the product in international replacement transactions are borne by the customer. 
DINOFOR is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment. 
When your product (s) is/are received by us, the product (s) are checked for compliance with the exchange conditions, and then the status of the replacement is notified to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is in stock, it will be sent to you within 1 business day free of charge. If the product is not in stock, the price you paid will be refunded to your account according to your payment method.
The replacement is made only in the same model products and in color/ size/number change. No replacement is made with a different product.

RETURN  

You can return the products you have ordered from DINOFOR within 14 days from the date of invoice, provided that it has not been used without any reason.

DINOFOR is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment for return. 
When your order is delivered, you can open and check your package before the cargo authority. If you encounter an unexpected situation in crushed, torn, opened, wet packages or problematic product packages, do not receive the package, cause the cargo authority to provide a record of the package to be returned to us by the cargo company. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all shipment, taxes and customs payments for products returned to us as extra tax or customs payments are not completed. In such cases, such payments are deducted from the customer’s refund.

The conditions of return are as follows;

  • We kindly request that you return the product in full, unused and in undamaged packaging to the return address specified by DINOFOR
  • The original invoice of the product you will be returning. Refund of the original box / packaging, cargo label affixed to the box, taped with parcel tape is not accepted. Products received in this way will be returned as payable by the other party.
  • If available, all standard accessories of the product must be shipped undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are not accepted if clothing is used and modified.
  • For hygienic reasons, return / replacement of underwear products, socks, swimwear etc. is not made.

After your product has been received by DINOFOR, it will be checked that it is in compliance with the return conditions mentioned above. If the return transaction is approved, the product price is refunded to you according to your payment method and information is sent by e-mail. The shipping cost of the return transaction will be deducted from your refund.
